The Idea

Grace is read at the table, on a phone, from a QR code, and often late at night. The menu is built for that moment: categories first, each carved in plaster like the face on the opening wall, a dark room lit in copper and a light one in silver, two languages, and prices the café changes itself from the panel.

Every category has its own carving.
